Two or three years ago, the popular tech news portal TechCrunch (TechCrunch) reported that the popular battle-royal game PUBG Mobile may be available in India again before the end of this year after overcoming all restrictions. TechCrunch also said that an official announcement on the subject would be made during or after the upcoming Diwali festival. But before Diwali, another new news about PUBG flew like Howie Baji! According to the latest reports, Krafton, the parent company of PUBG Mobile games, has teamed up with Microsoft Azure.

In this context, Azure is Microsoft’s cloud computing service that helps various game developers create and manage their games worldwide. According to reports, the PC and console versions of PUBG, and the PUBG Mobile application, which was banned in India, will soon be available on Microsoft’s cloud computing platform as a result of an agreement between two companies, Krafton and Microsoft.

In a recent press statement, Krafton, the parent company of Pubji Corporation, said they wanted to ensure the security or privacy of users’ information by partnering with Microsoft Azure. This agreement makes it easy for users to comply with all laws or regulations regarding the protection of personal information. But not only for data protection, the South Korean company is also teaming up with Azure to host or manage its multi-platform product portfolio worldwide.

Meanwhile, with the news of the agreement between Pubji and Microsoft coming to light, the speculation of the return of Pubji mobile game in India has increased several times. Popular tech YouTuber technical guruji alias Gaurab Chowdhury recently uploaded a video in which he said that based on this agreement, Pubji Mobile may be allowed to be available in India again in the coming days. According to The Hindu, India’s most popular news outlet, the deal signals the return of Pubji Mobile to India. However, the Pubji Corporation has not yet opened its mouth on this issue.

The PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite games were banned in India last September due to ties to Chinese company Tencent. All services or access to the two games were cut off on October 30. Since then, the question has been raised again and again whether the ban on the popular game will be lifted!
