WhatsApp's latest update, added over a hundred new fun emojis

Don’t use a single emoji in your daily chat, it’s time to find people like that! To netizens, chat without emoji is like a potato-free biryani. There is nothing new about the unique dimensions that these small animated portraits bring to chatting. This is good news for emoji lovers! The short messaging platform WhatsApp has added over a hundred new fun emojis. Beta users of WhatsApp will be able to enjoy these emojis from today.

According to a report by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp recently released this new update (version 2.20.207.11) of the Google Play Beta program. Since then many beta users have been able to use these emojis in chat, but they are not appearing in chats of ordinary users.

It was reported last August that the Facebook-owned messaging service was working on a few new emojis. About three months later, the new emoji caught the eye of users. As I said before, now only Android and iOS beta users can use them. But soon these will be available to all general users.

From now on, some new animal, fruit and vegetable emojis and some gender neutral emojis will be seen in the emoji section. There will be baby feeding emojis and “Pinch finger” emojis. There will also be some new professional portraits, equipment emojis, etc. Please note that these new emojis have been approved by the California regulator Unicode Consortium. With Google’s next Android update, these new emojis can be accessed from the phone’s standard keyboard.

Camden’s The Black Heart saved after crowdfunder hits £150k target

The beloved boozer, which is a bastion of the heavy songs scene in north London, tweeted to say it was “beyond thrilled and grateful” to have achieved its aim, scarcely two weeks in advance of its March 31 deadline.

The tweet continued: “Can’t freaking wait to welcome you all back! Black Coronary heart, SAVED!”

Additional than 4,000 supporters contributed the crowdfunder, which associated the auction of autographed merch from Iron Maiden and KISS, two tickets to look at Arsenal enjoy and a coveted “black card”, featuring a 20 for every cent price reduction at the bar and cost-free gig entry at the location for a calendar year after it reopens.

In January, the Black Heart joined the New music Venue Trust’s “red list” of gig places in imminent danger of lasting closure. A lot of of them are even now aiming to attain their crowdfunding targets, with eight in London: Windmill Brixton, Egg London, The Lexington, The Article Bar, The Waiting Place, Alchemy, Non secular Bar and The Fiddlers Elbow.
