AK vs AK: Anil Kapoor issues apology after Indian Air Force raised objection to film's trailer | Bollywood Bubble

A several days again the makers of ‘AK vs AK’ had unveiled its trailer. The Netflix movie stars Anurag Kashyap and Anil Kapoor in the lead. Yesterday, the Indian Air Drive (IAF) expressed objection in excess of Anil ‘inaccurately wearing’ IAF uniform in the film’s trailer. They also objected to unsavoury language applied by Anil though putting on the uniform.

Pursuing IAF’s objection, Anil Kapoor issued a clarification and also apologised for unintentionally hurting sentiments.

Yesterday objecting to ‘AK vs AK’ trailer, IAF had demanded the withdrawal of certain scenes. “It has arrive to my consideration that the trailer of my new movie “AK vs AK” has offended some folks. As I am carrying the Indian Air Pressure Uniform though employing unparliamentary language, I would like to sincerely offer my humble apologies for unintentionally hurting sentiments,” IAF experienced tweeted.

Subsequent which Anil Kapoor took to his Twitter take care of and shared a video clip. In the movie message, the actor mentioned, “It has come to my consideration that the trailer of my new film “AK vs AK” has offended some individuals. As I am putting on the Indian Air Pressure Uniform whilst using unparliamentary language, I would like to sincerely supply my humble apologies for unintentionally hurting sentiments.”

Anil also explains that in the film he is actively playing the part of an officer and that the rage and anger observed in the trailer are due to the fact he plays a distraught father whose daughter has been kidnapped. Anil went on increase, “I would like to provide some context to ideally enable you understand how matters arrived to me this way. My character is in uniform in the movie since he is an actor actively playing the job of an officer. When he finds out that his daughter has been kidnapped the anger and rage he portrays is that of an emotionally distraught father.”

“It was only in the fascination of remaining accurate to the story that my character is even now wearing the uniform on his quest to find his lacking daughter. It was by no means my intent or the intent of the filmmaker to disrespect the Indian Air Force. I have always experienced utmost respect and gratitude for the selfless assistance of all our defence personnel and therefore I genuinely apologise for unintentionally hurting anyone’s sentiment,” Anil discussed.

Even Netflix issued a clarification declaring that in the movie the actors are actively playing by themselves and the film at no place signify IAF or Armed Forces.

Vikramaditya Motwane’s ‘AK vs AK’ is slated to launch on December 24.
