Bajaj 2021 Platina 100 KS to shake the market, the price is close to 50 thousand rupees

Equipped with new features, Bajaj launches updated version of Platina 100 KS (Kick Start) 2021 Platina 100 KS in India. The bike is priced at Rs 51.8 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Comparing the price with the other two Platinum models in this range, it is about Rs 8,238 and Rs 10,458 cheaper than the ES (Electric Start) Drum and ES Disc variants respectively. The 2021 Platina 100 KS cocktail will be available in Wine Red and Ebony Black Paint Scheme.

Let’s see what’s new in this updated bike. The 2021 Platina 100 KS bike will have spring-on-spring nitrox suspension. Bajaj claims that these will be 15 percent more comfortable on long journeys than before. The wheels of the bike will be wrapped in tubeless tires for a smooth ride. The front and rear suspensions have been increased by 20 per cent so that the driver can feel comfortable and face less shaking even on bad roads.

Other features of the bike include handguard, quilted seat cover, wide rubber footpad for better grip, LED DRL on headlamp, protective tank pad, updated indicator and mirror. The bike will have drum brakes on both wheels with combi braking system.

The engine specification of the 2021 Platina 100 KS bike is completely unchanged. The bike will have 102 cc air cooled engine as before. It is capable of generating a maximum of 5.6 kW (7.9 PS) of power at 7500 rpm and torque up to 6.3 Nm at 5500 rpm. The fuel tank of the bike has a capacity of 11 liters, ground clearance of 200 mm and weighs 116 kg. Its maximum speed is 90 km / h.
