Samsung has come very close to launching the Galaxy M12 as the successor model of the Galaxy M11. The design of the phone came to us through the render that was leaked last month. The Samsung Galaxy M12 was spotted on the Bluetooth SIG and Wi-Fi Alliance certification site.
The Galaxy M12 is spotted on the Bluetooth SIG Certification Authority website with model numbers Galaxy M12 – SM-M127F_DS, SM-M127G_DS, SM-M127F, SM-M127F_DSN, and SM-F127G_DS. The SM-F127G_DS model number indicates that the Galaxy M12, Galaxy F12 may be launched in different markets. Like other brands, Samsung has been seen rebranding and launching phones. So it will not be a surprise if F12 is launched as a rebranded version of M12. The Galaxy M12 will come with Bluetooth 5.0, but no other information was found on the phone from the Bluetooth SIG.
The Wi-Fi Alliance, on the other hand, includes Samsung’s Galaxy M12 phone with the SM-M127F / DS model number. Here the phone has got 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi certificate. Also, according to the Wi-Fi Alliance certification, the Galaxy M12 will have Android 11 OS out-of-the-box.
The Galaxy M12 will feature a 6.55-inch WaterDrop Notch display. The back of the phone will have a square quad camera setup. The fingerprint sensor will be sound mounted. Looking at the render of the phone, it was thought that it would come with a design similar to the Galaxy A42 5G which was launched in September. The Galaxy M12 can also come with a powerful 6000 mAh battery.
