Countless numbers of ‘cold-stunned’ turtles rescued off coast of Texas amid US winter season storm

housands of chilly-surprised turtles have been rescued by citizens in a Texas resort town and taken to a close by convention centre amid a bone-chilling wintertime storm.

The South Padre Island Conference and Website visitors Bureau commenced getting the turtles just after its up coming doorway neighbour, Sea Turtle Inc, turned confused with the numbers remaining introduced in.

The animal safety organisation had previously taken in 4,500 sea turtles given that Sunday, in accordance to its Executive Director, Wendy Knight, and wanted a encouraging hand.
