Oppo PECM30 will come with 5G support and 8 GB RAM

Chinese smartphone company Oppo is set to launch another new smartphone soon. A phone with the Oppo PECM30 / PECT30 model number was recently spotted on the benchmark site Geekbench. Although the name of the phone was not mentioned here. However, last month, the phone with this model number was also included in the Chinese certification website TENAA. From which it is clear that this phone will be launched soon. Last July, Oppo launched the Oppo A72 5G smartphone in their home market. This phone used MediaTek Dimension 620 chipset. The phone was priced at around 1,899 yuan (about Rs 21,372) in China. The model number of this phone was PECM10 / PECT10. So it is thought that the Oppo PECM30 will be a new variant of the Oppo A72 5G.

According to data from the benchmark site Geekbench 5, the Oppo PECM30 / PECT30 phone uses the MediaTek MT6853 chipset. Our guess is that it is actually a MediaTek Dimension 720 processor. The single core-score and multi-core score of the phone are 512 and 1658 respectively. The phone has 6 GB RAM. Moreover, it will have Android 10 operating system.

From last month’s TENAA and this month’s Geekbench listing to the Oppo PECM30 / PECT30 model number, the phone will feature a 6.5-inch Full HD Plus LCD punch-hole display design. Its pixel resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels and the aspect ratio of the display is 20: 9. The phone will be given a side-facing fingerprint scanner. It measures 162.2 x 75 x 7.9 mm and weighs 165 grams.

We expect this phone to come in the market with 4/6/6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant. For photography, it will have a 16 + 2 + 2 megapixel square triple rear camera setup. It may have an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies. The phone can come in Black, White and Purple and Silver Red color variants. The phone will also come with a 3,945 mAh battery.
